GrooveMember Bugs

Can't drag & drop elements in the builder. It just won't let you. I also tried to create a new category, and it doesn't save it. Once you click 'add category', it just disappears.

How to replicate it: 1) I created 2 access levels and assigned a page/chapter to each level. 2) Create a user under one access level 3) Login with this user 4) This user can see all pages/chapters even if those aren't assigned to this level

I created a test membership site and when you try to delete it a pop up says that it can not delete and contact support.

I made a membership but it was glitchy and didn't load (maybe it was while they were updating stuff). I had a couple of mates sign up as test guinea pigs. When it didn't load, I deleted that membership and created a new one which now is working fine. Now I would like to manually add my mates to the new membership to test, but it says that that email is already taken and can't be used to add a new member to the new membership... Which makes me wonder... how would you add the same person with the same email address to multiple memberships? And how can I manually add people to a membership, even if their email was in the system once (for a deleted membership)?

I went through to create a test membership portal (want to see what it looks like/beta run it) and when i copied the sign-up url to a new browser, I got a 500 Server Error.

When selecting a membership option when logged into my portal it doesn't load our video content. Just sits there. It loads the same url for all 3 different membership options we have and doesn't load anything

Can you please make groove member mobile responsive THANKS
