When selecting a membership option when logged into my portal it doesn't load our video content. Just sits there. It loads the same url for all 3 different membership options we have and doesn't load anything

For me portals not working at all. When I login, I can see all memberships, when I click Access Now, I have constant spinning wheel on the screen. Url hasn't been redirected to membership. I can login to membership with the same credential without any problems.

Dariusz Gorski: Could you please set up a new membership portal and check if this issue is still happening or not?

Our tests show that this is not happening anymore.

David Lemon: Yes, all fixed now. I have tested with new membership, and with existing. All good now.
