Yes, I have searched high and low for an integrated system (funnels; emails; ecourse platform etc) that includes a REAL CRM - like you would find on pipedrive our Airtable and cannot find that. This would be such an amazing disruption for the industry. I'd like to see all my contacts in rows with columns that show revenue, and a section on engagement levels (number of opens/clicks, number of video views etc.) The closest I've seen to tracking overall engagement levels is Kartra's Lead Score, but this is a pale version of the power of what you could create. I would like to be able to sort by columns (engagement levels, revenue, time they've been with the community etc.) This is a major hole in the market. See the column headers in Airtable. I can sort and label people by any of these columns. Add emails I've sent, documents related to this contact. Make it easy for us!!

Hi Melissa - Would the CRM address the capture of email addresses for use with a autoresponder? Or does the CRM also features an autoresponder? I am not mastering that concept yet.
